Before I go any further, this dressing is extremely addictive and can cause sensations of bliss. Proceed with fair warning.
Contrasting flavors is very important in my lifestyle. I don’t appreciate boring flavors, and need constant change.
I don’t use processed dressing as they usually contain refined oils, sugars, and additives. So that leaves poor little me to create me own. 😉
I am a huge fan of garlic, but I understand that my pallet is a bit different than most. So start with a 1/4t. garlic powder and work up from there.
Make sure you blend this dressing well! It’s a thicker dressing (almost a sauce consistency), and needs to be blended well. If you would like a thinner sauce, I’m sure you could dilute with a liquid (I haven’t tried this, but if you do, let me know).
I love to put this on my Autumn Glow Buddha Bowl!
